• Standard delivery within India usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
• Custom stitched or designer orders may take 7 to 15 working days depending on customization requirements.
• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or heavy parcels.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number provided.

5. Delivery Partners

6. Address Information

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details including full address, landmark, pin code, and mobile number. Radha Fashions will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, certain situations beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or transportation issues may affect delivery timelines.

9. Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are requested to record an unboxing video and contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order.
