• Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
• No refunds on custom stitched or personalized garments.
• Stitching class fees are non-refundable after batch starts.
